3 of the Best High End Perfumes

I am particularly picky when it comes to perfumes, I seem to have a super sensitive nose so I only enjoy certain scents. I could love a perfume to begin with, but after a few wears I begin to dislike the scent. The perfumes I’m going to share with you today are the scents that I have stuck with for well over 12 months, they are just so me!

Chanel Coco Mademoiselle

This has got to be my favourite out of the three perfumes in this post, it’s definitely the one I seem to reach for most. I first tried this when I was sent a sample sized version to try out and review as part of the the Glamour Beauty Club. I loved it that much I ‘hinted’ to get this for Christmas…it worked! It has such feminine scent and lasts such a long time on me. According to the Chanel website this perfume contains notes of Amber, Wood, Patchouli, Vanilla and Tonka Bean, with hearty notes of Jasmine and Rose.

Gucci Guilty Black

I’d never heard or tried this perfume until my boyfriend bought me a bottle as gift one Christmas. Firstly the bottle on this is so sleek and sultry and looks beautiful on my vanity, it’s pretty different to my other perfume bottles. The notes encased in this bottle are that of Pink Pepper, Red Fruits, Patchouli, Amber and Violet, giving it an oriental fragrance. I used this bottle up in a matter of months so I had it gifted to me again for my birthday.

Gucci Bamboo

Another Gucci one…they’re just so good at paring scents together. I’m onto my second bottle!! This has more of a floral scent than the other two perfumes. It includes notes of Italian Bergomont, Sandal Wood, Orange Blossom, Lily, Ylang Ylang. It has a flattering and confidence boosting scent, it instantly uplifts my mood when I wear it.

These are my top 3 perfumes that I reach for day to day and they are all really different. It appears that I am in to oriental and floral scents the most. I don’t like overly sweet fragrances, they irritate my nose and after a few hours I can’t stand the smell. But these perfumes have the opposite effect, making me want to smoother myself in all of their goodness! There is another perfume that I absolutely adore, which is Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream. I didn’t include this in this post, because I recently used this up and haven’t repurchased yet.

I’d love to check out some new fragrances, let me know your favourites in the comments.

Until Another Day x
